HAIFA CO-LIVING

OVERVIEW
We were drawn to the "Campus Port" area in Haifa, not just for its proximity to universities and revitalized city center, but for the unique energy and community spirit it exudes. We saw an opportunity to create more than just housing; we wanted to cultivate a vibrant hub where residents could connect, collaborate, and thrive.
We focused on adaptive reuse, transforming historic buildings like those found at 10 HaBankim Street, 130 HaAtzmaut Street, 37 HaAtzmaut Street, 9 Slizian Street, and 5a Ahad Ha'am Street into modern co-living spaces while preserving their original charm.
Each property offers a mix of private and shared spaces, designed to foster a sense of belonging and encourage interaction. Residents enjoy comfortable accommodations, communal kitchens and lounges, and convenient amenities.
But it's more than just the buildings themselves. We've cultivated a community where residents can connect through shared experiences, workshops, and social events. Whether it's a rooftop yoga session, a potluck dinner, or a collaborative art project, there's always something happening to bring people together.
Our goal is to create a space where residents feel supported, inspired, and empowered to live their best lives.
